Arriving at the Windsor Lofts @ Universal City was a calming piece of our cross-country move. The property manager (Nuria) is incredible, and she goes above and beyond to ensure we had a great move-in experience. The property overall is exactly what we expected with another Windsor property...well-run, beautiful setting, excellent location, and full of onsite amenities. Even the maintenance staff onsite has been quick, experienced and friendly to complete any work orders that needed to be submitted. Windsor Lofts is the best of whats around! Built as Condos, so they are sturdy, quiet, and well built, none of that cheap, ... thin walled, hear your neighbor breath a-typical over-priced apartment community junk so common to LA and big cities these days (Yes, Avalon, Im looking at you!). Higher priced than some...certainly....but what you get in return is a quiet place with unique floor plans, all gas, convenient to all of studio city plus the 134 and 110 are seconds away, a great park across the street and a really great neighborhood (Studio City Island Neighborhood) AND no ConService shared water BS where you pay for everyone elses water usage, you pay for your consumption only! along with associated sewer, plus waste/recycling and extermination in one consolidated bill.
