The application fee is $53.33 per applicant, and there is a $500 security deposit.
 

Pet Policy

We gladly accept dogs and cats. There is a $500 pet deposit and $50/month pet rent.

Breed restrictions and 35 lb weight limit apply. Contact the office for more details.
